Woman’s bikie kidnap terror

-

A 22-year-old woman has told how she was allegedly kidnapped, assaulted and tied to a pole in a bikie clubhouse for two days by her exboyfriend this week.

Cheyane Lubec was walking along a street in western Sydney on Sunday when her ex-boyfriend Chad Daniel Hogg allegedly forced her into a vehicle, the start of the vicious two-day ordeal from which she finally escaped on Tuesday afternoon.

In an interview from her home with Nine News, Lubec described how she was allegedly stripped naked, bound to a wooden pole and bashed, before large parts of her head of long blonde hair was shaved.

‘‘He shaved off my hair and he took pictures and he was laughing while he was doing it,’’ she told Nine News, adding, ‘‘I’ve never been so scared in my whole life.’’

Lubec said she suffered facial fractures during the attack this week and now experiences blurred vision and has trouble breathing.

She told Nine News she had duct tape over her mouth and wrists during the ordeal, and managed to escape when she was driven to a fast food shop in Penrith on Tuesday, where she fled to hide in a bush and call police.

Her alleged attacker, Hogg, 29, was charged with kidnapping and domestic violence offences on Tuesday, including breaching an apprehended violence order against him which was issued earlier this year.

He was formally refused bail at Fairfield Local Court on Wednesday.

Hogg was arrested after a dramatic two-hour stand-off at the outlaw motorcycle gang clubhouse on Tuesday.

The siege involved dozens of police from Fairfield Police Area Command, the Public Order and Riot Squad, Traffic and Highway Patrol Command and other specialist officers.

After two hours, the heavily tattooed man surrendered himself when he limped out of the clubhouse and was arrested without incident.

He was taken to Fairfield police station and charged with four offences, including domestic violence assault occasioning actual bodily harm, breaching an apprehended violence order and intimidating with intent to cause fear of physical harm. – Fairfax
