As an Experienced Travel Consultant, you’ll combine your passion for travel and knowledge of what makes a great holiday with your ability to understand the unique needs of your customers to create the types of holiday experiences that enrich people’s lives. You will have a proven ability to sell complete itinerary holiday experiences in a way that is consistent with the HOT values, which in turn inspires and exceeds customer expectations. We’re looking for a team player who wants the best for their customers. The best flight deals, the best local restaurant recommendations, the best hotels where the pool actually matches the pictures online. What are we looking for? • Proven ability to establish and retain lifetime customers • Minimum 2 years’ industry experience • A great customer and target focus • Strong product knowledge, with a commitment to constantly developing this knowledge • An adaptive approach, that meets the urgency of your client needs • A record of sales success and solutions • Technologically savvy, preferably you’ve worked with Amadeus (GDS) or similar travel systems • An appetite for travel, enabling you to add hidden gems into your customers itineraries • An ability to have fun and enjoy working in a supportive team environment What is in it for you?
