In Paris, France broke their home ground hoodoo with a 27-10 bonus point win over Scotland.

It was only the fourth victory of coach Jacques Brunel’s 14-match reign, but France deserved their success against a depleted Scottish side.

France celebrated their first win in seven home matches in Paris while Scotland continued their 20-year drought in the French capital.

Brunel was rewarded for his bold selections with young halves Antoine Dupont and Romain Ntamack shining behind a reinvigora­ted French pack.
