2NZEF and AWARUA: A combined 2NZEF and Awarua RSA citizen’s service will commence at 10am at 177 Don Street, Invercargi­ll on April 25, 2021.

Guest Speaker: Penny Simmonds MP. Rum ‘n coffee will be served at the conclusion of the service. Inquiries to: Ian Beker (0274) 359 998.

ARROWTOWN: The Arrowtown RSA Anzac Service will be held at 10.30 am at the Arrowtown Athenaeum Hall. Following the Service, the Parade will march to the Cenotaph on Soldiers Hill, Durham Street Arrowtown.

ATHOL: Anzac service at the Athol Memorial Hall at 10am on April 25, 2021.

BALFOUR: 10am • The parade departs from the Sports Ground gates at 9.50am for a Service at the Balfour Public Hall at 10:00am, followed by wreath laying at the new War Memorial. • Cup of tea and refreshmen­ts will be provided following the Service. • Parade Marshall: David Hewitt • Guest Speaker: Jeff Grant

BLUFF: Anzac services in Bluff include a Dawn Service at the Bluff Memorial Grove at 7am and a Civic Parade at the Bluff Cenotaph at 11am.

CLINTON: 10am • At Clinton Community Centre, followed by morning tea. • Guest Speaker: David Mackie QSM

DIPTON: 10am • A Service is to be held in the Dipton Memorial Hall at 10am. Morning tea to follow • Guest Speaker: Ange English.

DRUMMOND: Drummond community ANZAC Day Service to be held April 25, 2021 from 8.15am at the War Memorial. If wet it will be held at the Drummond Bowling Club. Speaker: Mr John Gordon. All welcome. After the service a cup of tea will be available at the Bowling Club supplied by Drummond Rural Women.

DUNROBIN: 12.30pm (To follow on after the Heriot service)

EDENDALE: 9am • The public is invited to the Edendale Anzac Day Service at the war memorial at 9am. • Parade to assemble at the baths at 8.45am. • Seaward Downs: Wreath laying at 11am. Cup of tea to follow

GORE: Dawn Parade Service, 6.30am • Our 102nd service will be held at the cenotaph following the parade of ex service personnel, Service Groups,

Scouts, Guides etc., which is to assemble on the corner of Mersey and Main Streets at 6.30am and be led by the Hokonui Celtic Pipe Band and official wreath bearers. • Wreaths may be placed at this Service. Please register your names with the RSA before the day. • Dress: Mufti and medals. • RSA Members, participan­ts, and friends are welcome back to the RSA Clubrooms after the Parade. • The Gore RSA Bistro will be open for a $15 buffet breakfast from 8am to 10am.

A light lunch from the Bistro will also be available from 12pm – 2pm and from 5.30pm for dinner. • There will be musical entertainm­ent at the clubrooms from 10am till 2pm. • Live video feed from the cenotaph to the RSA clubrooms. • Courtesy coach will be available all day. Pickups for the service restricted to returned servicemen, their wives or widows. Please call the RSA to arrange a pick-up. • A reserved table has been set aside at the clubrooms for Returned Soldiers. • Guest Speaker: Clare Ngakai

GORGE ROAD: Anzac service at the Gorge Road War Memorial, cnr State Highway 92 and Factory Rd at 9am on April 25, 2021.

HERIOT: 11am • Assemble at the Heriot Community Centre at 11:00am. • The flag raising ceremony is at the completion of the service. • Everyone is welcome for refreshmen­ts at the community Centre at the completion of the Service. • Chairman: Gloria McHutchon • Guest Speaker: Jean Hamilton

INVERCARGI­LL: Parade assembles at the Cenotaph at 6.50am, service starts at 7am.

It will be live on screen at the Invercargi­ll Workingmen’s Club for members of the public who wish to watch the service indoors. After the conclusion of the service, the formal civic ceremony will be held at the Invercargi­ll Workingmen’s Club, 154 Esk St, Invercargi­ll.

Girl Guides will have a service at the Eastern Cemetery. They will lay poppies at 8.30am and the service will start at 9am.

MATAURA: 7am • Assemble at the Mataura Butcher shop in Bridge Street at 6.45am. • Minister: Rev Mike Whale • Special address at the RSA clubrooms following the Service along with refreshmen­ts.
