Timaru stop for health tour

-

An Australian remedial massage therapist for elite athletes from around the world is bringing a workshop about restoring cellular health to Timaru.

Sally Dymond - whose 28-year career has included working for the Women’s Tennis Association, the USA’s National Basketball Association, and various Australian sporting teams - will be talking about redox technology, which replicates the redox molecules that heal cells but become less efficient as people age.

‘‘When cells are sick, we suffer from all degrees of dysfunction in every system of our body,’’ Dymond said.

‘‘I will be teaching how to use the redox products to enchance your health and wellbeing.’’

The information she was providing had only been available for 18 months, she said.

Everybody who was searching for help with their health would get something out of the workshop, Dymond said.

‘‘The human race is dealing with indescribable health issues ranging from the serious dysfunction of many systems of the body to lack of energy and terrible sleep problems,’’ she said.

Dymond said she enjoyed talking about redox technology because it was a method that stimulated the body to heal itself.

‘‘I love to share solutions that work and that help people navigate their way back to health,’’ she said.

Dymond hoped people would take away from her workshop an understanding of how the body functions on a cellular level, the huge impact a few small changes can have on energy and sleep, and how a person can heal from ‘‘even the most dire health challenge’’.

Dymond was taking the workshop to five locations across the South Island, including Timaru on April 16 and Oamaru on April 17 and Balclutha on April 19.

Dymond will speak at the South Canterbury Women’s Wellness Centre on Butler St at 7.15pm.
