❚ The driver of a vehicle failed to stop for police on MacDonald St about 12.30am on Wednesday. Sergeant Nerida Manson said the vehicle was located by police a short time later at BP Showgrounds where the driver, a 27-year-old woman was arrested. The passenger, a 28-year-old woman, was also arrested for an outstanding warrant. ❚ Police arrested and charged a Timaru woman for historical shoplifting and trespass offences.
