The Brokenwood Mysteries set visit terms and conditions
The prize must be redeemed between 25th June 2017 and 21st July 2017. It is the responsibility of the winner to contact South Pacific Pictures on the email provided below to arrange the visit within the dates stated. Failure to do so within the time specified may mean we are unable to execute your visit. The winner will receive an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of The Brokenwood Mysteries plus lunch with the cast and crew. Set tours can take anywhere between 30 – 90 minutes. If the winner is younger than 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If the winner lives in Auckland, the prize includes transfers to and from the Auckland studios/location(s). If the winner lives outside of Auckland, the prize includes return flights for two people to Auckland from within New Zealand, one night’s accommodation, transfers to and from Auckland Airport and the accommodation, and transfers to and from the Auckland studios/location(s). The production, day (Monday – Friday only) and time of the visit will be at the absolute discretion of South Pacific Pictures Limited after consultation with the winner. Any other incidental expenses, including transport and meals other than those specified as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner will not receive any remuneration for their visit. The bearer (and/or parent or guardian if appropriate) will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Photographs and/or any kind of audio recording is not permitted during the visit unless the tour facilitator allows it. All visitors to South Pacific Pictures must comply with our requests and instructions including those regarding health and safety. To the extent permitted by law, South Pacific Pictures is not liable for any claims or damages (whether direct, indirect or consequential) incurred in connection with this prize. This prize is strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold without written authorisation from South Pacific Pictures.
