Kidman and Kelley reunite

Nicole Kidman is set to star in a new HBO mini-series titled The Undoing. She will play Grace Sachs, a successful New York therapist and mother whose life unravels following a tragedy. The show is inspired by the 2014 novel You Should Have Known by Jean Hanff Korelitz. The Undoing reunites Kidman, 50, with David E Kelley, the creator of Big Little Lies. “I loved this book – a character-driven psychological thriller,” says Kelley. “I’m excited about the adaptation and thrilled to be able to do it with Nicole and HBO.” Kidman, who won a Golden Globe and an Emmy for her Big Little Lies role, says: “David has created another propulsive series with a fascinating, complicated female role at its centre.”
