Coronation Street fans should not be forgotten

-

I agree with the complaints about the scheduling of Coronation Street. I had watched it from day one but have missed it since it comes on too late now for this oldie. I do not know how old a person has to be to be called old. I am near 90 and do not think of being old. I am sure others feel the same. Coro used to be at 7.30pm, a more reasonable time, so why not now? As we age are we to be forgotten? I am sorry my TV is not on much now. After 7.30pm it is off and the radio comes on. Bring Coro back to a viewable time for oldies.

There has been a repeat episode of Coronation Street this week (that’s the Coronation Street catch-up episodes screening weekdays at 1pm on TVNZ 1). The episode that was shown on Monday, October 15 was then shown again on Tuesday, October 16. Can someone tell me why this happened?

TVNZ replies: We apologise for this error, as a scheduling issue resulted in a repeated episode. To rectify this for viewers, the unplayed episode was added into the daytime schedule on October 17 at 1pm. At the conclusion of that broadcast, viewers would be up to date again. An earlier undelivered, unplayed episode was also added into the overnight encore omnibus (screening on October 20). The episodes will also be available on TVNZ OnDemand. Apologies for any inconvenience, and thank you for watching Coronation Street.
