■ Saturday, September 22: Meet 9am at the Haiku Pathway carpark, Katikati to ride town and estuary loops — up to 20kms. Coffee after the ride at Robert Harris.

■ Tuesday, September 25: Meet 10am at the Avantidrome carpark, 15 Hanlin Rd, Cambridge to ride to Lake Kara¯piro rowing course start line along cycleway — up to 30km. Coffee afterwards at The Bikery Cafe´.
