Jade Software appoints CEO

Jade Software Corporation has appointed Charlotte Walshe as its chief executive after an extensive Australasian search. She joins the company after two years of financial losses, including a $912,000 write-off in relation to failed spinoff Wynyard Group. Three months ago Jade announced a spilt into two companies, Jade Software and Jade Logistics. Walshe has a background in the technology sector and will take up her new position from mid-December 2017.
