We’ve loved living in this fantastic, modern new home. Being only a 10–12 minute drive to the Hamilton CBD, it’s been ideal for us working in the city and the girls at HGHS. The location isn’t well known and friends are always surprised at how close it is to town while still having a rural outlook. Being on a no-exit road keeps traffic to a minimum so it is very peaceful, and has a beautiful north-facing outlook that can’t be built out. The house was designed to give our daughters their own space while allowing everyone to come together in the kitchen/dining, and outdoor areas. Gardening isn’t our strong point so the landscaping was designed to be low maintenance. Our neighbour uses the two small paddocks for grazing for their sheep.
