I can see a rainbow

Colour blocking, whether it’s in the form of rainbow- coloured lids or touches of almost neon- bright liner, is huge news. If you’re not up for making a huge statement with blocked lids, tr y lining eyes with a pretty – but bright – shade of liner ( waterproof is best). Mascara optional. Tip: the look works best on almond- shaped, rather than rounded, eyes.
