Location was the big attraction when Paul and Claudia Page bought this Viaduct Point apartment. “We bought the position,” says Paul. The position, of course, is Auckland’s vibrant Viaduct. A great urban lifestyle, plenty of cafes, restaurant­s and thriving nightlife all literally around the corner from Viaduct Point, yet the apartments are distanced enough for privacy and peace when it’s time to come home and rest.

“And this particular apartment is on the corner.” says Paul, “It is very sunny, and it looks out at the street so you can interact with the street, without being on the street level.”

The couple bought the leasehold apartment two years ago as somewhere their daughter Holly could live while studying and working in the city.
