CONOR MCGREGOR ROLLS IN STYLE BEFORE UFC 205, WRITES SAM HANES

UFC Featherweight champion Conor McGregor is readying for his biggest fight yet at Sunday’s historic UFC 205 event at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

McGregor has been involved in a rigorous training camp but he took some time off to meet fans in New York and to showcase his Rolls Royce Dawn on his Instagram.

The UFC champ has long had an affinity for high- end luxury cars and as the UFC’s biggest drawcard and self- described “king”, there’s no better choice for McGregor than the Dawn. Though it can reach speeds of up to 255km, its far more likely that the champ would just cruise in this two- door luxury convertible around the streets of New York.

McGregor’s love for luxury cars has become a consistent part of his mass appeal to UFC fans, as well a symbol of his rags to riches story of success in the UFC.

With each new victory, he has continued to add and upgrade his collection, which in addition to the Dawn has included a BMWi8, a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe and a Lamborghini Aventador LP 700- 4.

If McGregor does win at UFC 205 he’ll be a two- title world champion in the Featherweight and Lightweight divisions.

It would be an unprecedented victory in UFC history, and knowing McGregor I’m sure he’d be quick to celebrate with a new addition to his fleet.
