A 1520sq mindustrial/ office/ warehouse on 2310sq mof commercially zoned land, at 33 Newton St, Mt Maunganui, has sold at auction for $ 2.6m, a yield of 5.8 per cent. The deal was brokered by Simon Clark, Rob Shoeser and Duncan Woodhouse of Colliers International.

Meir Alfassi, of Harveys com, has sold Unit M, 40 Cavendish Drive, Manuka, for $ 2,25m, a 5.5 per cent yield. Tile Depot, has a six- year- lease on the property of about 632sq m.

A 4396sq mindustrial land/ development site at 24 Aerodrome Road, Mt Maunganui, has sold by Deadline Private Treaty for $ 2.5m. The deal was brokered by Rob Shoeser and Simon Clark of Colliers International.

A fully leased character apartment building, with three ground floor commercial tenant, at 7- 9 Union St, has sold off- market for $ 9.5m. The sale, brokered by Henry Thompson of Whillans Realty Group, provided a yield of 7.2 per cent.
