New Zealand’s biggest commercial and industrial real estate agency, Bayleys, has re-signed its affiliate status with global commercial real estate firm, Cushman & Wakefield.

Bayleys Real Estate managing director Mike Bayley says the branding partnershi­p with Cushman & Wakefield was a winning “two-way” street for both businesses.

Bayleys is the largest privately owned real estate company in New Zealand with more than 1800 staff nationally, which combined with Cushman & Wakefield’s global reach and 45,000 employees around the world provides clients with the most comprehens­ive commercial property service in the market.
