It enables our affiliate partners around the world to directly introduce their client lists — predominantly larger corporates with a global footprint and high networth individuals — to our domestic database.
New Zealand’s biggest commercial and industrial real estate agency, Bayleys, has re-signed its affiliate status with global commercial real estate firm, Cushman & Wakefield.
Bayleys Real Estate managing director Mike Bayley says the branding partnership with Cushman & Wakefield was a winning “two-way” street for both businesses.
Bayleys is the largest privately owned real estate company in New Zealand with more than 1800 staff nationally, which combined with Cushman & Wakefield’s global reach and 45,000 employees around the world provides clients with the most comprehensive commercial property service in the market.
The joint reach of Bayleys and Cushman & Wakefield in New Zealand spans: ● 83 offices ● 2000 employees ● 4480 properties under management — totalling 7.8m sq m of property under management
● A $2.3b commercial property portfolio under management
● More than 2300 commercial and industrial sales and leasing transactions completed annually
● More than $11b of property sold per annum.
“Not only does our affiliation with the Cushman & Wakefield brand allow Bayleys to promote appropriate New Zealand properties to a global stage, but it enables our affiliate partners to directly introduce their client lists — predominantly larger corporates with

a global footprint and high net-worth individuals — to our domestic database,” Bayley says.
“Real estate is essentially about who you know.
“Being part of Cushman & Wakefield’s alliance means a lot more potential buyers and tenants can be introduced to the New Zealand property market by their trusted local real estate professional — in Beijing, Sydney, Mumbai, London, Paris, or New York.”
