Rural property ripe for a change of use

A rural Waikato property right next to the Hampton Downs race track and within minutes of the growing Te Kauwhata residentia­l community, is on the market through Colliers Internatio­nal.

Located almost midway between Auckland and Hamilton, the 53.8ha freehold property — at 61 and 61A Hampton Downs Rd — is for sale by deadline private treaty closing December 14, unless sold earlier.

Colliers Internatio­nal site sales brokers James Appleby and Cherry Higginson, who are marketing the property with Alan Pracy of Colliers’ Hamilton office, say it offers buyers a broad range of options.
