Church to Chow

John Church, previously national director commercial at Bayleys Real Estate, has been appointed chief operating officer for Chow Group NZ (CGML). Working alongside John and Michael Chow, Church will help lead expansion plans for the group which include hotel development, Stonewood Homes, Inno Capital & Finance, and a growing portfolio of development and commercial property investments.

A 2.306ha industrial land development site at 34 Setters Line, Palmerston North, has sold for $2,652,360. The deal was brokered by Grant Lloyd, Doug Russell and Phil Nevill of Colliers International.
