The high-stud building has warehousing, air conditioned offices, a substantial kitchen and sealed yard with 24 car parks. The deal was brokered by Richard Davidson, Rachel Emmerson and Duncan Woodhouse of Colliers.

A 259sq m six-bay car wash and dog wash complex on a 919sq m high profile corner site at 28-30 Lake Rd, Frankton, Hamilton, sold at auction for $1.41m at a 5.46 per cent yield through Alex ten Hove and Mike Swanson of Bayleys Waikato. It is leased for five years from March 2018.
