Ray White New Zealand is pleased to acknowledge and recognise our national award recipients together with our tenure members, who this week celebrated our 25th anniversary. Our 166 office network has never been more ambitious in achieving outcomes for our clients through driving outstanding customer experience. During the past 12 months this has been evidenced by a 19% growth in customer satisfaction across our broadening client base. Ray White New Zealand is proud to be part of the international Ray White Group with over 1,000 offices. During the past 12 months, our market share has again increased to record levels. In the area of property management, we are now entrusted with an investment portfolio of over 17,700 properties. Ray White partners with the Loan Market Group, one of the leading facilitators in the area of property finance. Over the last 12 months, Ray White has welcomed 16 new offices, including the Austar Group in West Auckland. This adds further strength to the Ray White Group and this year we are projected to have a market share of 19.2% and to successfully complete $11.1 billion in property sales for over 18,000 clients. Our New Zealand Group is proud of its family values. We have the utmost pride in our membership and believe the creation of trust is our key responsibility to deliver to clients. We support and respect each of our local communities.
