What was that woman doing on the other side of the fence? The mother cow would only have attacked in defence of her calf. I want to know what that woman was doing there. Killing the mother and her calf is just downright evil.

Of course, let's just blame the animal. Too bad if she may have felt that her calf was in danger. Humans have to stop thinking their right to life supersedes everything else.

Someone is at fault and it's not the cow or her calf. People should not have been allowed in the paddock while calves were with their mums.

You are kidding me?A cow with her calf in their own paddock are being killed because she did what is natural. I've had a farm and this is entirely normal behaviour. I am more shocked than I can say.

They could have shipped her off to a larger farm. She would only have been protecting her calf. I've seen some very gnarly beasts over the years and learned to be more careful around those ones. It was unnecessary slaughter.
