A two-level 1919sq m character retail building at 66-72 and 74-78 Courtenay Pl, Te Aro, has sold for $8.5m at a yield of 7.9 per cent through Jim Wana, Bayleys Wellington.

Hamilton Airport

Two freehold industrial sites in the Hamilton Airport industrial precinct sold for a total of $7,108,000. Alan Pracy and Mark Brunton of Colliers Internatio­nal's Hamilton brokered the sale of 12 and 24 Sharpe Rd.

Kingsland building

A 1297sq m warehouse and office building on a 941sq m Mixed Use zoned site with 13 car parks bordering Nixon Park at 2 Kingsland Tce, sold for $3.47m through James Were and Scott Kirk of Bayleys Auckland City & Fringe division.

Auckland CBD units

Two new 16sq m commercial units on the ground floor of the 25-level Victoria Residences, Cnr Victoria and Federal Streets, have been sold by Millie Liang, Bayleys Auckland for $1.25m t a 5.2 per cent yield, and $950,000 at a 5.79 per cent yield.

Paraparaum­u buildings

An industrial property in Paraparaum­u has sold for $2,206,000, at a yield of 6.7 per cent. The 1898sq m freehold property at 10 Manchester St was bought by a private syndicate in a deal brokered by Dean Anderson, Colliers’ Kapiti.

Tauranga property

A 922sq m commercial property with a 745sq m building at 100 First Ave, Tauranga, has sold for $2.4m, at a yield of 5.8 per cent, with 3.5 years to go on the lease. The deal was brokered by Duncan Woodhouse and Simon Clark of Colliers Tauranga.

Bathroom business

A 285 sq m industrial unit plus five car parks at 7 Douglas Alexander Pr, Albany, sold for $1.15m at a 6.26 per cent yield through Bayleys’ Janak Darji, Tony Chaudhary and Amy Weng, in conjunctio­n with James Kidd. The office-showroom has a new fouryear lease to Bath &Tile (NZ).

St Johns unit

A 294sq m vacant retail unit at 3/115 Felton Mathew Ave in St Johns, has sold by negotiatio­n to a private investor for $1.2m. The unit comprises 168sq m of showroom space, with an accompanyi­ng 102sq m of storage and warehousin­g at the rear. The deal was brokered by Jeremy Barnett and Charlie Oscroft of Colliers.
