Then they need to make the reusable bags free then as most people get the plastic bags because they can't be bothered remembering to take them with them and they are ridiculously priced.

If you forget them, then just take the trolley to the car and put groceries in, use bags to get them from the car to inside. Not that hard, I do it every week lol.

Who hand washes all the rubbish bins in the Government buildings? Oh wait ... they use bags. As a part-time cleaner I feel sorry for full-time commercial cleaners. Who wants to wash 50 bins a day to remove tea bags and yoghurt mess, mouldy fruit, spilt milk, leaking dirty nappies? All of which I've seen often.
