Then they need to make the reusable bags free then as most people get the plastic bags because they can't be bothered rememberin­g to take them with them and they are ridiculous­ly priced.

If you forget them, then just take the trolley to the car and put groceries in, use bags to get them from the car to inside. Not that hard, I do it every week lol.

Who hand washes all the rubbish bins in the Government buildings? Oh wait ... they use bags. As a part-time cleaner I feel sorry for full-time commercial cleaners. Who wants to wash 50 bins a day to remove tea bags and yoghurt mess, mouldy fruit, spilt milk, leaking dirty nappies? All of which I've seen often.
