Threats rule

I think it is time to replace MMP with the new DTI (democracy through intimidation) system. For a bill to pass, those who threaten physical violence if it does not pass must outnumber those who threaten physical violence if it does pass. This system has already been introduced by Auckland Council and Massey University and is obviously the way of the future. Wayne Carpenter, Glen Eden.
