A substantial industrial property with holding income is for sale in Auckland Airport’s logistics and distribution precinct.
The 5.432ha property at 530 Oruarangi Rd is for sale by deadline private treaty, closing at 4pm on October 11, unless it is sold earlier.
Colliers International Industrial specialists Paul Jarvie and Ash Vincent are marketing it on a joint sole agency with Marco Mannah of RCG Realty.
Jarvie says the property is tenanted by a substantial greenhouse on a temporary lease returning $225,000 plus GST in net annual holding income. “The site is for sale as bare land, providing opportunities for developers and occupiers,” he says.
