For Valentine’s, the stupendously creative people at Giapo have come up with potent emblem of love, friendship and the bonds that connect humans.

How can a simple icecream achieve that, you might ask. Giapo’s creative head, Josh Lee, came up with the idea to have two intertwined pikopiko fern fronds, representing the bond between two beings. The pikorua is an important symbol and method of communication in Maori culture. The design was made into a 3D-printed mould, then crafted in chocolate.
