Lane Tutty and Paul Marshall, of Colliers International in Christchurch, negotiated the sale of a light industrial unit at 472 Tuam St. The 421.4sq m property, which includes a 385.3sq m of warehouse and 36.1sqm showroom, sold for $670,000.

A 269sq m retail property with offices and 15 car parks at 15 Radius Loop, Rolleston, Christchurch, was sold for $1.25m at a 7.8 per cent yield by Bayleys Christchurch agents Nick O’Styke and Harry Peeters.

A former landscape supply centre at 4 Henry Rose Place, Albany, Auckland, was sold with vacant possession for $7,001,000 in a deal brokered by Colliers International agents Shoneet Chand and Matt Prentice. The yard-based industrial property comprises a 7488sq m freehold site with a small number of industrial buildings.
Nighbouring properties
Two neighbouring retail investment properties in Northcote, Auckland, sold for more than $10m. A standalone retail property with three tenants at 119 Onewa Rd, sold for $4,275,000, at a yield of 5.29 per cent, and a 2031sq m property at 121 Onewa Rd, comprising a 1940sq m service station tenanted by the Z Energy company, sold for $5,950,000, at a yield of 4.6 per cent. The properties were marketed for sale by Colliers International agents Shoneet Chand and Matt Prentice.
