A 2377sq m freehold industrial site with a 100sq m workshop in Wiri, Auckland, sold for $1.75m at a yield of 4.29 per cent. The sale of the property at 20A Hobill Ave was handled by Ash Vincent and Mitch Broderson of Colliers International’s Auckland team.
Two buildings see together
Two buildings at 21-23 Wookey Ln, Kumeu, totalling 2050sq m on a 4001sq m site, sold together for $4.3m at a 6.94 per cent yield by Mark Preston, Bayleys Auckland, Travis Nicholls and Scott Kirk, Bayleys North West.
Taupo facility
A Taupo site at 9 Raywood Cres sold for $2,510,770 at a yield of 6.49 per cent. The 1061sq m building on a 3943sq m site was sold by Taupo broker Tom Lyons and Hawke’s Bay broker Danny Blair of Colliers International.
Barfoot & Thompson appointment
West Auckland agent Meir Alfassi has joined Barfoot & Thompson commercial. Alfassi has just sold a 13,100sq m industrial development site at 375 West Coast Rd, Glen Eden, for $2,400,000.

A 943sq m two-level building on a 460sq m city centre zoned landholding adjacent to the proposed Karangahape Rd City Rail Link station at 16-18 Beresford Sq, Auckland, sold partly tenanted, returning $107,250pa, for $4m by Alan Haydock and Damien Bullick, Bayleys Auckland.

Farm sells at auction
A 128.1ha farm at 403 Heathstock Rd in Masons Flat, Hurunui District, sold at auction for $2.5m. The deal was brokered by Ruth Hodges and Richard O'Sullivan of Colliers International rural and agribusiness.

A 2000sq m premises on 5116sq m site occupied by chartered accountants Diprose Miller for 25 years with new six-year lease plus rights of renewal at 59 Whitaker St, Te Aroha, Waikato, sold for $1.31m at a 6.87 per cent yield by Josh Smith and David Cashmore, Bayleys Hamilton.
