The property comprises a 2400sq m mixed-use building with 33 car parks on a 793sq m freehold site. The sale was brokered by Adam White and David Burley of Colliers International’s Auckland investment sales team.

A 3100sq m office building on a 1205sq m freehold site at 42 Upper Queen St, Auckland, sold for $14m. The offmarket deal was brokered by director Tony Allsop of Colliers International’s Auckland sales team.

A modern 1785sq m industrial premises with potential to split into three tenancies on a 5467sq m site at 44 Marshall Rd, Katikati sold for $2.28m at a 6.58 per cent yield by Brendon Bradley and Ryan Bradley, Bayleys Tauranga.

The 3248sq m property, in Ostend, comprises a 404sq m ground-floor bar with a first-floor residence at 11 Belgium St, and a 79sq m three-bedroom dwelling at 18 Putiki Rd. The deal was brokered by Roger Seavill of Colliers International’s Auckland team.
