Zooming with DRIVEN on vidcast and podcast

One of DRIVEN’s big hits for 2020 was Zooming with DRIVEN, a weekly show that’s available both on vidcast and as a much more visually appealing (or so some say) audio-only podcast. And it’s coming back for 2021!

Every week we talk about the latest motoring news, new-vehicle launches — and what’s in the DRIVEN garage.

We also dive deep and often rather clumsily into car games — anything from a head-scratching quiz to our now-famous moviethemed Rotten CARmatoes.

There’s plenty of opportunity for audience participation: not just in the games but also in our regular Expert Car Picks (our personal choices from the newcar market) and 30-Second Sell (used cars). Every week there’s a new theme for each and we leave it up to you, the viewers/readers, to vote for the best choice online.

No long-running series is sustainable without a few story arcs. For Zooming, there’s the coming conclusion to Sam’s longrunning intention to sell his beloved Audi RS 4, Andrew’s unfulfilled promises to actually watch Ronin and David’s inability (refusal?) to choose anything for Expert Car Picks or 30-Second Sell that’s even slightly in line with popular tastes.

Zooming with DRIVEN is also a great chance to get a sneak preview of what’s coming up in Saturday’s print edition (the thing you’re holding right now).
