What: Described as Kindergarten for grownups, Regener8 uses gentle arts processes to explore and deepen the transitions in our lives. Allowing us to celebrate the journey we have been on and position us to enjoy the next stage. A series of 3 workshops where participants may use arts resources to find clarity around where they are in their lives and open up creative ways forward. Come and have a play with your inner child.
