Whanganui Midweek

The perfect time to renovate

-

Winter has well and truly kicked in and I have to be honest and say I am so grateful to have a wood burning fire. The heat is fabulous, but the flames soothe my soul and give me a comfor t that a heat pump just cannot do.

This month let’s talk about renovations. We love doing renovation work as for us as Designers it gives us the opportunity to make a bigger impact on our client’s day to day lives.Transforming what can often be a tired home with good bones into something that is fresh and fabulous and functions better for the homeowner is the most rewarding par t of our job. We are lucky in Whanganui that there are many properties that have been left untouched and this is wonderful. It allows us to work with our clients on changing the floor plan to give our clients what they are needing from their homes.

If you are thinking about renovating but not sure where to start, then give us a call. We often project manage the renovations for our clients, and this involves us working with the architect, builder and all the associated trades from start to finish and we take the stress out of the renovation for our clients. We work on all aspect of the renovation and deliver to our clients a home that is even better than they imagined possible.

If you are wondering if you should renovate or build new and are in a dilemma then ask your self what is the advantage to building new? Do you love the area you are currently living in? Do you enjoy having an established garden around you? Do you like your home but is there something that isn’t quite working for you within the home? Does your home require too much maintenance? Or maybe your personal circumstances have changed, and it is just time for something different. Once you have answered these questions you will know if you should be renovating or building new.

Keep an eye on our social media pages as we post lots of before, during and after pics of our renovations.

You will be surprised by just what can be achieved.
