It’s hard to believe Jennifer’s mum to nineyear-old twins! The singer follows a strict regimen where she doesn’t drink, smoke or have caffeine as it “wrecks your skin as you get older”. She also works out with celeb trainer Tracy Anderson but admits she “indulges in a cookie sometimes”!
