George is growing up KATE’S SCHOOL DA KATE’S SCHOOL DAZE

Looking stunning in a green lace Temperley London gown as she toured the National Portrait Gallery, the Duchess of Cambridge’s passion for the arts was obvious as she viewed the works and listened intently to artists.

But she also made time to chat with fellow parents whose children attend exclusive London primary Thomas’s Battersea School, where Prince George – who turns four in July – will start in September.

The palace announced last week that Kate and William are “delighted to have found a school where they are confident George will have a happy and successful start to his education”.

Little George joins a host of famous faces who attended Thomas’s, including supermodel Cara Delevingne, as well as Florence + the Machine’s Florence Welch.

Headmaster Ben Thomas said last week that he’s looking “forward to welcoming him and all of our new pupils to the school in September”.

Meanwhile, Kate, 35, has admitted that she’s struggled at times since becoming mum to George and Princess Charlotte, who turns two next month.

“Nothing can really prepare you for the sheer overwhelming experience of what it means to become a mother,” she told the Best Beginnings charity as she promoted maternal mental health. “It is full of complex emotions and joy, exhaustion, love and worry, all mixed together.”
