Stages of grief

Reading about Prince Harry’s reaction to Diana’s death was a real eye-opener ( WD, May 1). I can relate to this myself as I too lost a family member at the beginning of my teens and I felt like my whole world would end. These events make you question the fairness of life. The suffering can also last many years after your loved ones have passed and, as the prince says, it’s so important to talk about your feelings when you are grieving.
