At a time when most women would be leaning on their mothers more than ever, the rift between Elvis Presley’s two favourite women – his wife Priscilla and his daughter Lisa Marie – continues to deepen.
Now, in the biggest shock to rock the family yet, Lisa Marie has reportedly accused her mum of having an affair with her estranged husband Michael Lockwood – the very man she’s divorcing!
The sordid claims come amid Lisa Marie and Michael’s ongoing custody negotiations over their eight-year-old twins Harper and Finley, in what is shaping up to be the ugliest divorce in Hollywood history.
As Woman’sDay has reported, Lisa Marie claimed in court documents that she found inappropriate photos and videos of children on Michael’s computer, prompting their split in June last year after 10 years of marriage.
Michael has not been charged and his lawyer denied the allegations. Meanwhile, the twins have been in Priscilla’s care for months while the warring parents sling mud at each other – and these latest allegations are unlikely to speed up the custody process.

Plot thickens
An insider claims, “Lisa Marie has convinced herself that Priscilla and Michael have the hots for each other and are fooling around behind her back. Worse still, Lisa Marie is so paranoid that she believes her mother is conspiring with Michael to destroy her and strip her of the custody of her daughters.”
Indeed, while Harper and Finley are currently in Priscilla’s care, they have been spotted on outings with their dad in recent weeks.
It’s yet another sorry twist in a dossier of mounting personal problems for Lisa Marie. The Presley heiress, who is living with her eldest daughter Riley Keough, 27, due to financial hardship, stated in court documents that she’d recently been in a treatment facility, allegedly because of an addiction to prescription pills.
Now new reports suggest Lisa Marie may be ordered into rehab for six months due to the drug abuse – otherwise she could face 30 days in jail and may lose custody of her kids forever.
Yet the singer isn’t keen to seek treatment for her problem. The insider explains, “Lisa Marie suspects Michael started putting the moves on Priscilla while she was in rehab. She thinks there’s no limit to how low that man will go to humiliate and hurt her.”
Lisa Marie and Priscilla have had a turbulent history, and many of their tensions can be traced back to Lisa Marie accusing her mother of interference in her life.
Indeed, when Lisa Marie married her second husband Michael Jackson in 1994, Priscilla made it known that she thought the King of Pop was simply using her daughter to improve his image following accusations of child abuse. And in 2002, Priscilla reportedly ordered Lisa Marie to rein in model granddaughter Riley’s hard-partying ways.
This latest development, however, indicates the troubled relationship between mother and daughter has hit an all-time low.
“Priscilla is beside herself and can’t believe her own flesh and blood would make such a wild claim,” says the insider. “It’s a very sad situation because Priscilla has been Lisa Marie’s anchor. Now there’s bad blood between them.”
