The BeverlyHills,90210 actress, who grew up in the lap of luxury as the daughter of TV producer Aaron, is drowning in debt and reportedly facing five years behind bars unless she gets a major bail-out.
Former reality stars Tori, 44, and husband Dean McDermott, 50, last year had their bank accounts drained of more than $960,000 for unpaid taxes. Since then, they’ve been sued by American Express for $170,000, hit by another tax bill of $250,000 and ordered to fork out $270,000 after failing to make payments on a loan.
Despite this, Tori – already mum to Liam, 10, Stella, nine, Hattie, five, and Finn, four – just couldn’t resist throwing a $55,000 baby shower for the impending arrival of her fifth child Beau, now three months old, last March.
“Tori’s mum Candy has been paying her rent, private school tuition for the kids and has even bought them groceries,” reveals a family source. “Tori’s been begging Candy for a loan to cover all of her debts, but Candy hasn’t agreed to that yet.”
