Basic Overnight Oats

SERVES 3-4 PREPARATIO­N 2 MINUTES (PLUS CHILLING) COOKING 5 MINUTES

3 cups milk 2 cups rolled oats ½ cup natural almonds,

roughly chopped ¼ cup honey 2 teaspoons vanilla

extract

Combine all ingredient­s in a bowl. Cover with cling film and chill overnight. Heat oats on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring, until warmed through. Drizzle with extra honey to serve.
