AUNTY MEGHAN’S JOY

It’s not just Meghan making baby plans – her half-brother Thomas Markle Jr is expecting a child with fiancée Darlene Blount next year and we’re told Meghan is thrilled about a new addition to the family.

Darlene, 37, is thought to be four months pregnant to Thomas, 51, who’s the son of Meghan’s father Thomas Sr, and has two sons, Tyler, 27, and Thomas III, 25, from a former relationship.

The baby news brings hope to a family that’s seen its fair share of troubles. In January, Thomas Jr was arrested for allegedly holding a gun to Darlene’s head while intoxicated. Charges were dropped when she refused to testify against him.

Meghan and her relatives were horrified, says a family insider. “But blood is thicker than water and this will be her niece or nephew. She does worry about how the royals see her American family, but thankfully, they’ve been very accepting of her.

“They’re just delighted to see Harry has found the love of his life at last.”
