HE’S ALL BEN’S SHOOKUS UP! BOOZY BENDERS
Self-confessed alcoholic Ben Affleck is reportedly spiralling out of control, with loved ones begging the actor to go back to rehab and suggesting that his new girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus, isn’t helping the situation.
“Ben is in pain and he needs help,” claims a family insider. “But Lindsay drinks and parties into the night right along with Ben. She might not know it, but she’s enabling him.”
The Argo star, 45, who has completed two long stints in rehab in the past, reportedly first hooked up with TV producer Lindsay, 37, whilele still married to ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 45, the mother of his three kids.
Earlier this year, Ben spoke openly about his alcoholism, declaring, “I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step.”
