After 20 years competing and coaching in elite gymnastics, fitness trainer Lauren Hannaford moved into children’s entertainment as a dancer – but it wasn’t exactly what she imagined. “When I joined The Wiggles, I was thrown into the hectic touring life,” says Lauren of being on the road with the popular Aussie kids’ entertainers. “Sometimes the only place to work out was alongside the tour bus in car parks!”
Lauren was inspired to create a six-week online fitness programme (laurenhannaford.com.au) that requires no equipment. Based on four 15-minute workouts, the routine helps you tone from head to toe.
