Gwyneth’s men gang up
It’s a photo that speaks a thousand words – Gwyneth Paltrow’s ex-husband Chris Martin and her fiancé Brad Falchuk relaxing at the breakfast table with a jar of goop (actually chocolate spread!) between them.
Uploading the snap on social media, the Oscarwinning actress captioned it “modern family”, which is exactly what the two men have become since Gwyneth, 45, “consciously uncoupled” from the Coldplay frontman and accepted a proposal from the
Glee creator. It’s no secret that she and Chris, 40, have gone to great lengths to remain a happy
family for their kids, Apple, 13, and Moses, 11, since they separated in 2014, with the clan continuing to enjoy days out and even holidays as a foursome. At first, this didn’t go down a treat with TV producer Brad, 46.
“Gwyn’s close relationship with her ex was a major source of tension when they first started dating,” a well-placed source spills to Woman’sDay. “So their therapist suggested a boys’ get-together might calm Brad’s fears.
“About a year ago, Brad and Chris met at, of all places, Dunkin’ Donuts. Chris is a sugar-free vegan and just to annoy him, Brad ordered a bacon sandwich and a donut.
“For the first half hour, they talked about workouts and how to get better service on planes. But when they finally got around to Gwyneth, it turned out Chris just wants to see his kids – not Gwyn!”

The two blokes have since enjoyed many more meetings, with Brad helping set up Chris – now thought to be dating
FiftyShades star Dakota Johnson – with several hot stars. They’ve also bonded over how to keep their kids – Brad has a son, Brody, and a daughter, Isabella, from a previous marriage – away from Hollywood careers.
“They are best buds now and even gang up against Gwyn when she complains about Chris not taking the kids when she wants to have girl time or Brad not calling her enough,” reports our source. “They tell her to chill out!”
Word is that Gwyneth has also rekindled a close friendship with her former flame Brad Pitt, 53, since his split from Angelina Jolie. But Gwyneth’s fiancé has drawn the line at chumming up with this other Brad.
“He’s threatened by the prospect of them getting close again, especially when Brad’s single,” says a source. “He’s warned Gwyn that he’ll bolt if she gets consciously cosier with that particular ex.”
