Married at First Sight: Secret double life Sarah and Telv’s shock split
Why the lovebirds have gone their separate ways
From the moment they laid eyes on one another at the altar, smitten Sarah Roza and Telv Williams looked like a rare success story for Married at First SightAustralia. However, Woman’sDay can now reveal the reality TV sweethearts are all but over after a heated argument spiralled out of control.
Making matters even worse, the shock news comes as footage of dad-of-two Telv snorting a suspicious white powder off a stripper’s bare bottom has surfaced.
Despite putting on a brave show in recent weeks, sources close to Sarah, 39, and 33-year-old Telv say a heated disagreement about their living arrangements in Melbourne – where the Perth mining technician has relocated to be closer to his wife – became the tipping point for their relationship unravelling.
Telv reportedly insisted on having his own place once he moved as he was finding Sarah far too controlling. An insider claims, “He only wanted to live with Sarah part-time – he didn’t want to rush things – but she couldn’t take it and threw his belongings on to the street. The fight escalated from there. Telv told Sarah he was done, before storming out.”
He later told a MAFS producer he’d blocked her number and no longer wanted “anything to do with this crazy woman”.
Days after the split, the pair have been trying to mend their relationship, p, but things still hang in the balance – and the incriminating video surely won’t help matters.
Reportedly taken in 2017, the footage appears to show Telv rolling a banknote before he sniffs a suspicious white substance off a stripper’s naked backside. He then holds a bag of the same powder in
his teeth as he poses with a topless woman.
“Telv wasn’t at a stag do in the video – he was hanging out at a mate’s place,” a source close to the reality star claims. “They were bored and decided to hire a stripper to party with. That’s the kind of person he is!”
Is he for real?
Apparently, the wild night is nothing out of the ordinary for the burly miner, who loves partying and being the centre of attention.
Despite being portrayed as a “lonely, single dad” on screen, Telv’s former partner has recently called him out for faking his personality on TV.
His ex Amy, 32, claims, “He called me three weeks ago and said, ‘I’ve got something to tell you and I’m probably going to regret it, but I love you.’ He’s on the show to find fame, not love.
“He had everything he could have hoped for – a loving partner, kids and a happy home. However, we split after I found text messages he’d sent to a cleaner in the mines.”
While Amy has yet to meet Telv’s on-screen wife, she’s got a warning for her: “Sarah seems like a lovely girl and she’s in for a rude shock when she realises just who the real Telv is!”
