Things are going, er, swell, for some of the couples ... but how do we workout which ones?
Amid rumours of bedhopping brides and grooms swapping spouses, Woman’s Day can reveal that not one, but two of the stars of Married at FirstSightAustralia are thought to have become pregnant while filminfilming the controversial matchmakinmaking series. A sshow insider tells us that the “social experiment” has been momore like a swingers’ party bebehind the scenes, resulting in some situations that are just too wild for TV. “A lot of stuff viewers don’t get to see went down dduring filming,” we’re told. “Pregnancy tests were found in two of the apartments, but becbecause there’s been so much crosscrossover between couples hooking up, nobodyno really knows who they belonbelong to.” One candidate is Tracey Jewel, 34, who has stuck with hubby Dean Wells, 39, despite him betraying her with Davina Rankin, 26, very early in their marriage. Fans commented that the Perth marketing consultant, who already has an eight-year-old daughter, “looked bumpy” on a recent TV interview and she last week claimed, “Dean is definitely dad material. He has a lot of ststrengths g thathat make for a good parent.”
Meanwhile, Sarah Roza, 39, and Telv Williams, 33, appear to have mended their differences after an explosive split, with rumours he popped the question last week. Both have confessed to being desperate to jump on the baby bandwagon, with Sarah saying, “I’d like one, maybe two.” Telv adds, “I want two – we can’t have an only child!”
Perhaps the most likely to be hearing the pitter-patter of tiny feet are smitten golden couple Charlene Perera, 33, and Patrick Miller, 34, with the bubbly brunette seeming desperate to keep her stomach covered at a recent loved-up photo shoot.
An outside chance is Carly Bowyer, 32, who has become increasingly close to awkward contestant Troy Delmege, 35, as her marriage to millionaire Justin Fischer, 41, disintegrates. Our show insider reports, “Troy is already planning to move to Melbourne to be with Carly and they’re talking about shopping p g for an engagement ring!”
