Woman’s Day (New Zealand)

Sometimes I think it’s love that makes our Woman’s Day world go round – and there’s certainly bucketloads in this issue. The Bachelor Zac Franich went to great lengths to find “the one” on national TV, only to see his relationship fizzle five months later. But he’s found his soulmate in Erin Simpson (page 18) and their sizzling chemistry is plain to see in our exclusive photo shoot.

Pouring rain couldn’t dampen the spirits of Olympic rower and America’s Cup hero Joe Sullivan when he married his lovely bride Jordyn in Auckland (page 28). I’m sure wet weather means the best of luck for these two.

The wedding we’re now all waiting for is Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s on May 19, and this week we reveal how the young royal lovers will spend their honeymoon – under the stars in one of the most isolated and romantic places on the planet (page 16). Dreamy!

Soon after, we have Princess Eugenie’s wedding in October, which is bound to be an opulent affair. And it’s just been announced (page 22) that Charlotte Casiraghi, the exquisite Monaco royal who I’m obsessed with, is engaged. Lots of wedding bells to look forward to. Hurrah!

This week, my husband and I celebrated 10 years of marriage. Sheesh! Our wedding day seems so long ago, but I remember it vividly because it was simply the most beautiful and brilliant day. Last night, we celebrated with an anniversary dinner and Conrad and I saluted each other for the joy we felt on our wedding day – and the happiness we’ve found today.

They say a successful marriage requires falling in love with your partner many times. And I’m besotted. Thank you for being a wonderful husband, friend and father to our kiddies, honey. You are a nut bar, but I love you.

Have a great week guys!
