Jennifer has had a Friend in Courteney for 20 years and now she’s thrilled to be her bestie’s maid of honour at her July wedding to Snow Patrol guitarist Johnny McDaid in Northern Ireland. The women first hit it off on the set of Friends in the 1990s and have remained close ever since. Courteney, 53, is said to have been Jen’s “rock” in the wake of her latest divorce. “Courteney and Jennifer are thick as thieves and they have got even closer in recent months,” says a pal. “Courteney wouldn’t want to walk down the aisle without Jen by her side.” Courteney and Johnny, 41, began dating in 2013 and announced their engagement a year later, but separated for four months before reuniting in 2016. They’re said to be delighted to finally be tying the knot. “They can’t wait to make it official,” tells the pal.
