Passionfruit Donuts

Prepare Basic Donuts recipe to end of Step 3. Roll out dough to 1cm thick. Using a floured 7cm round cookie cutter, cut 18 rounds from dough. Using a floured 2cm round cookie cutter, cut rounds from centre of larger rounds. Place on oven trays lined with baking paper. Cover with cling film and set aside for 20 minutes in a warm place. Continue Basic Donuts recipe from Step 5. In a bowl, combine 2 ½ cups sifted icing sugar, 2 tablespoons passionfruit pulp and 1 tablespoon milk. Dip donuts in glaze. Allow to set.
