Rosewater Coconut Donuts

Prepare Basic Donuts recipe to the end of Step 5, adding 1 teaspoon rosewater essence to dough mixture. Whisk 2 ½ cups sifted icing sugar, 2 tablespoon­s milk, a few drops pink food colouring and ¼ teaspoon rosewater essence in a bowl until smooth. Dip tops of donuts in icing. Sprinkle with ½ cup coconut flakes. Allow to set.
