They’ve been dating only two months, but Jennifer Lawrence is preparing to move in with her new beau, New York art dealer Cooke Maroney. The pair met through a mutual friend in June and a source close to the Oscarwinning actress tells Woman’sDay it’s super-serious.

“Jen’s decided to put her LA mansion up for rent and move back to New York to make things work with Cooke,” spills the source. “She’s been in long-distance relationships in the past, which haven’t worked, and she found out first-hand when she was with Nicholas Hoult how detrimental chunks of time apart can be, so she’s not going to let history repeat itself this time.

“Cooke’s already started packing up his place and Jennifer’s arranging a housewarming party for them at her apartment in Greenwich Village for later next month.”

The lovebirds are going to redesign the apartment so they can both put their stamp on the place. Cooke works as the director of a top art gallery and has a huge interest in interior design. He’s already purchased some incredible pieces.

Tells the source, “Things are moving very quickly. Jen’s completely smitten and is even talking about starting a family with him! It’s the first time she’s felt so strongly about someone since Nicholas.”

Another insider dishes that the HungerGames actress, 27, “loves that she’s dating someone she regards as an equal ... rather than being a little scared of. Jen was in awe of Darren Aronofsky, but he was 22 years older than her! With Cooke, everything seems more natural.”

Word has it Jennifer’s close buddy Amy Schumer, 37, is thrilled Jennifer is finally dating a “Joe Average” away from the showbiz world.
